The following is the staff recruitment process for the Competence Center “P-NET NEW GENERATION EMERGING NETWORKS & VERTICALS PRIVATE COMPANY” (Operation code: ΓΡ2CC-0107547) which has been established within the framework of the Call for project funding applications in the Action “COMPETENCE CENTERS” – Invitation Code 029KE – A/A OPS 4397.
When needs arise for new jobs, in the context of the implementation of the aforementioned co-financed project, the job announcement is posted in the CAREERS section of our website.
Selection process
- All resumes are evaluated according to the requirements of the respective position.
- Resumes that meet the needs and requirements of each position are selected .
- The people who are selected are called for an initial interview with the Director and the Head of the Competent Unit.
- For specific positions, candidates may go through an additional assessment process, where specific skills and knowledge related to the specific position are evaluated.
- After the completion of the interview cycle, each candidate receives an update on the outcome of the results. Candidates who will not proceed to the next stage are informed via email. Candidates with whom the company wishes to cooperate receive a job offer letter, with the proposed terms of cooperation.
- The new partner follows an integration program in the company.
- All resumes are registered in the company’s electronic resume database for future use (in accordance with applicable provisions on Personal Data Protection).
Privacy
Your information (application, resume) is managed in accordance with the principles of Personal Data Protection, and is used exclusively for the evaluation of your formal qualifications for the purpose of your possible career in our company. The above information is kept on our database for two years.
