If these efforts fail, the dispute will proceed to arbitration in Greece, conducted by a registered arbitrator according to the Arbitral Tribunal’s Internal Rules in effect at the time of arbitration. The arbitration will be governed by Greek law.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation
