As a partner in the SAND5G consortium, p-NET Emerging Networks & Verticals successfully organized and hosted an insightful webinar titled “5G Networks Security through the Lens of SAND5G”, held on April 30, 2025.

This event marked the launch of the “Through the Lens of…” webinar series – an initiative designed to explore key topics in emerging network technologies from a variety of expert perspectives.

With the rapid adoption of 5G technology, ensuring robust network security has become a critical priority. This webinar showcased how the SAND5G Project addresses emerging cybersecurity challenges by developing advanced risk assessment tools designed to enhance the security and compliance of 5G infrastructures.

The online training event attracted a diverse audience from across the 5G ecosystem, offering valuable insights into the evolving landscape of 5G cybersecurity. The strong engagement from professionals in telecom, cybersecurity, and academia emphasized the urgency and relevance of the topic.
